Your food will be featured in my video someday ;) Ingredients: For the jelly (pha bột bánh lọt): 60g (1/2 cup) mung bean starch or water chestnust starch (60g bột đậu xanh / bột củ năng) 2 tbsp sugar (2mc đường) 400ml (1 + 2/3 cup) water (400ml nước) 1/4 tsp pandan extract (1/4 mcf tinh lá dứa) a bowl of icing cold water with lots of ice cubes (1 tô nước lạnh nhiều đá) For sugar syrup (nước đường): 1/2 cup brown/palm sugar (1/2 chén đường nâu hoặc đường thốt nốt) 1/4 cup water (1/4 chén nước) pinch of salt (chút muối) For coconut topping: 1/2 cup coconut milk (120ml nước cốt dừa) 2 tbsp sugar (2mc đường) 1 tsp tapioca starch + 2 tbsp water (1 mcf bột năng hòa với 2mc nước) pinch of salt (chút xíu muối) You can buy a potato ricer / baby food strainer here http://amzn.to/Zxtq96.
